Forgive me, I guess I'm in a late night sentimental mood:

I'm looking at your beautiful photo of the moon on the other side of the continent, and I'm looking out my window at the same amazing moon. I think phenomena like this is important because it reminds us that we're all on this crazy planet together. No matter what we do to each other, and no matter how different we might think we are, we're all undeniably connected. We need to learn to help each other more - and fight each other less.

Having said that - if I caught the drunken little &@#! who peed on my front door earlier I would have socked him right in the nose. I guess I'm pretty flawed when it comes right down to it.
