On hamburgers, sometimes I like the standard traditional toppings, american cheese/cheddar, mayo, mustard, ketchup, tomato, fresh onion, lettuce, pickles, etc.

Sometimes I do have the need for bacon as a topping...

But sometimes I like plain burger sliders...just mustard, ketchup, with grilled onions...it all depends on my particular cravings of the day.

Hot dogs and sausages...mustard, minced onions, relish on both, definitely. Sauerkraut sometimes.

Hamburger: American cheese, mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, pickles (sometimes mayo; rarely mustard)

Hotdog: Mustard & sauerkraut (sometimes chili-dog with cheese, but I only like meat chili without beans); Ketchup on a hot dog is just wrong to me, lol

Sausages: Italian with peppers, onions and tomato sauce ; Polish with sauerkraut and sour cream

      Ketchup has to be Heinz
Mustard yellow French's, or Guldens Spicy Brown Mustard -- but I really not particular about brand
      Mayo has to be Hellmann's

I love chicken franks! Better than the beef ones, even. Yeah, I know...I'm weird.

Hot Dogs - Probably my favorite is Chicago style and the celery salt is mandatory and bonus points if it's that neon green relish. Although, if I'm at someone's barbecue and they're only serving one of those chicken/pork/beef mixture abominations (I'm looking at you Oscar Mayer originals!), I'll go mustard, ketchup, and onions. I know, ketchup on a dog is sacrilege in Chicago, but I feel like it's sacrilege to not have an all-beef dog and all bets are off.

Sausage - Depends on the type. Brats get mustard, onions, and sauerkraut. Italian sausage gets grilled onions, marinara sauce, and sweet peppers. Polish sausage gets mustard and onions.

          Some combination of the following:

Hamburger - mayo, ketchup, cheese, relish, pickles, buttter
Hot Dog - mayo, ketchup, cheese, relish, sauerkraut
Sausage - usually the same treatment as a hot dog

I typically won't add mustard but won't take it off if it comes with it.
