Shadoe Stevens as Fred Rated from Federated Group

Whilst doing research for work on old obscure 80's videos I came across this posting from Shadoe Stevens and all the commercials he made playing Fred Rated for the Federated Group electronic stores. Brought a rush of memories and how much I really liked these commercials. Because of them it's that I begged my parents to take to the one on Sunset and Vine in Hollywood to get procure my first boombox.
Any one else recall these commercials? Were they just in the SoCal area or nationwide?

So Federated was present in Cali only? Or the Southwest region?

Never heard of Traxx and now I want to check out. Looks like it's available on iOffer. Thank you for the heads up. Only thing I've seen Shadoe in is Hollywood Squares.
