My name is in the top 100.

Interesting read about the pilgrims, though. Amazing how few actually survived that first trip here.

1620? My mother's side has them beat by 15 years.

      Vive l'Acadie!

Of course the Micmac in me can beat that claim by several thousand years.

          What no Piasecki ??

My great grand father came over befor the first world war.
A German officer would come in for a flat top haircut. After the cut he would put talcum powder on the hair, if he could see even one hair that was missed he would slap the barber across the face with his leather gloves. At that point my great grand father Brantaslaw John Piasecki knew it was time to get out of Poland. (I may have spelled his first name wrong)

Not mine. They didn't make it over until 1664.

I'm Mexican-American with one fourth Tarascan indian, one fourth Spanish, one fourth Lebanese, and one fourth French.

I hope that answers your question.

                        Hmmmm....

Not a pilgrim; my folks immigrated from the Scottish highlands only 3 or 4 generations ago.

                        Plus, I'm Canadian.
