Bulls are trying a sign and trade deal for Gasol. If that falls through, the Spurs are said to be interested in him.

Gasol can't go wrong with either of those teams...smart that he's leaving the Lakers behind, especially after years of being threatened to be traded by them. Good for Gasol, good riddance to the Lakers and old man Kobe, lol.

Don't think for one minute LeBron is doing this merely to just make things right and come back home...that's all media publicity crap in his favor.

The real reason...he knew the Heat got old (Wade)...had no bench...and while at first he thought he give it two more years there...LeBron realized he would be playing for a losing team once again. So the dude did what he does best, bail...and once again, goes running to a young team full of first round draft picks (like megomania beautifully illustrated)...typical LeBron...

LeBron has no integrity...he will NEVER be like Michael Jordan...EVER.

Carmelo turned down the Bulls and plans on staying with the Knicks. Wonder how long before he starts whining about not winning a title? He'll have nobody to blame but himself.

There's no way LeBron James orchestrated all of this and "regrets" his decision. It has David Stern's prints all over it. What do you do when your #1 "star" plays for a crappy team and that franchise can't improve on their own? You ship him off to a major media market, make sure that team is good for a few titles, rig the "lottery" draft, and bring him back when his old team has been propped up by the league. Sorry but the odds of CLE just lucking out and winning the lottery 3/4 is a joke.

Gasol picks the Bulls...good decision. I like him teaming up next to Noah.

Hopefully Rose can get going now...if he's healthy...they will be the new power in the East...even over LeBron and the Cavs.

come on man..Old wade or not he had a better chance to make it again with Miami next year then the Cavs..Except for Irving everyone else is still too young with no experience.. It sucks that he left like a little *****..but at least we got 2 titles out of it.. I like the moves Miami has made.. they got what was best available for them..and this is the motivation Wade needed to get better.. I have a feeling he'll have his best season in a while..and so will Bosh.. Don't sleep on the Heat, I have a feeling they're going further then anyone expects.. The East is weak and anyone can win it. Now if the Cavs get Love that will make things hard lol.. But they'll lose Wiggins and a few more to do so.

Deng has always done a decent job on LBJ, should be a fun season..If Miami makes a couple of more small moves I bet they can take the East..

ha ha stupid Warriors not giving up Thompson for love.. they're going no where either lol

and no I'm not a bitter Heat fan, I just wish him the worst and hope he never wins again Nice way to crawl back to an owner and fans who dissed you out like that in front of the world..looks like he likes that kind of treatment

Let's get one thing really clear he dissed us. Had he left to go to Miami like any other player would have and not made a huge tv deal out of it sure we would have been disappointed but the hate wouldn't be there like it was and still is for me.

I disagree, Thanks LeBron for the 4 finals in a a row and the back to back Championships. Wade is not old, he came out in the same draft as C.Anthony. He has a knee problem they can't dial in yet. With all the moves Riley has made, Miami will still be competing for the East finals.

I'll always be thankful for the 2 titles for sure..and he honestly made these last 4 years the most exciting ever in Heat history...and as much as I love Lebron and know he's the greatest in the world..I'm a Heat fan first...

Back from NBA Finals mourning, Damien and Jamie?

Funny how you two show up at the same time, after being absent for about the same duration as well, lol.

Welcome back anyone...nice to see you both here.

Both Cavs and Bulls (especially if Rose is fully recovered) will own Miami.

Yeah, dumb, Thompson plays better D than Love...but Love brings so much more offensively. David Lee is so limited, he only either dunks or banks his shots, very limited shooting range too...and Love is a way better rebounder and passer. Warriors lack a PF who can spread the floor...Love would've provided just that.

Having said that...had Bogut played...the Warriors would've beaten the Clippers...the NBA's most overrated team.

I used to think like this. I mean a lot. Even though I was never a Cavs fan, I thought what he did was the biggest dick move of any pro athlete ever. I wanted nothing but the worst for him and his career. Most of the sports world became Heat haters and cheered for them to lose. Some people cooled off on the vitriol, some did not. All of the outside pressures forced James to mature quickly. I think he knows what he left behind and is seeking a bit of redemption. He would never have gotten as good as he is now if he hadn't left. The owner lambasted him for the decision and continued to until last week.

Forgiveness is hard to earn and harder to give. Both sides made mistakes. Both sides have accepted responsibility. Now it's time to put that stuff aside and play ball. I'm actually looking forward to seeing him as the main guy, the leader on this team. I want to see if he can pull these guys together. All indications are he's a good natured human being and a great family man. I'd like to see more of that side of him in the future, and I think we will. I'm willing to give it a chance and watch. I certainly won't be a bandwagoner and buy Cavs merch, but I will be interested to see how this plays out and will quietly be rooting for Cleveland to have a winner at something.
I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.

If anyone here believes in psychokinesis, please raise my hand.
