    R.I.P. Eli Wallach

When I was watching Batman tonight on Me-TV, they posted a memoriam about Eli Wallach before showing the Mr. Freeze eps. Did anyone else hear about this?

    We'll miss you, Mr. Freeze.
"Do you believe, you believe in magic?
'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."

    Yeah...I knew...he was a great character actor.

His most famous role (and my favorite from him)...as Tuco (Tuco Benedicto Pacifico Juan Maria Ramirez)...in Sergio Leone's Western masterpiece...The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly (Tuco was the Ugly)...

Clint Eastwood (the Good), Lee Van Cleef (the Bad)...but it was Eli Wallach who stole the movie as Tuco...

    RIP, Mr Wallach...

There was a short write-up in USA Today a couple days after he died... If it hadn't had been for that write-up, I wouldn't have known because as far as I know it wasn't announced on any of the news shows I watch...

Yes, he had many great roles, but I too remember the most for this part. He was great in it!

          Really enjoyed his acting.
