I did the toy department resets for Bradlees stores in the mid 80's. I did get a lot of stuff for my younger cousins, most expensive piece I remember was a Voltron Castle of Lions playset. For $2. Hey the box was ripped and I had the clearance tags. There were a bunch of figures too but all the bad guys. Still cool but not as pricey as thegood guys and the lions. The only toy piece I bought for myself was my Optimus Prime. Still got it, with the magic red pen line through the price, signifying I got it with my 25% off employee discount. Final cost $14.99. Original tape still on and never out of the box but tape snapped while in the tote. Someday I'll attempt to replace it for my own benefit. I don't even want to think of how many boxed jetfire's and combiner gift sets I've priced and put on the shelves. Thundercats too. Why couldn't I have taken every Jaga and Bengali figure and bought them?

I have worked a time or two at toy stores and comic book stores. Still to this day I find myself straighting out the shelves when I go through them looking for something. Some habits are hard to break.Visit my wiki site:
