Live music?

I am getting ready to go see the Black Lips play in a few minutes and was just wondering with all the music related goodness lately, what everyone is into... Whats the last concert you went to? I go see bands as often as I can.
My last few shows were Super Furry Animals (which was GREAT), Boris, Jesu, The Warlocks, Black rebel Motorcycle Club, and Interpol.

I loved going to see Billy Mumy's band (yes, that Billy Mumy), The Jenerators. In this band were members Miguel Ferrer, David Jolliffe, Gary Stockdale, Tom Hebenstreit and Chris Ross. Awesome group. Their style was classic rock w/ their covers and original compositions. Sadly, they haven't played together in 2 years. I miss them.

i pretty much only bother to see Bob Dylan nowadays (19 times and counting) tho i'd go see Jenny Lewis (from Rilo Kiley) if the opportunity presented itself...

Bob Seger in Cincinnati last year. Still sounded great. 2nd time I got to see him. Probably his last tour, so glad I got to go.

Every summer at the end of June, I man the station booth over in Cadott, WI at Country Fest. The people-watching is awesome. They're all camping for four days and by noon most everybody is plowed. I've gotten some great offers for backstage passes.

Country so wants to be Rock. And have that mass appeal. Most artists sound like the Rock from the '70's.

The last concert I went to was when my wife and I went to see Styx and REO in town here a couple years back.

I was driving through Providence RI and saw the ad for this show and thought it would be cool. I've seen DL once and REO twice, but never Styx. My last concert was Hall and Oates last December.
