3 months ago my heartbeat was 98 beats per minute...

...now...after 3 months of right eating (never go over 1500 calories a day)...walking one straight hour every morning...

...my heartbeat is now at 62 beats per minute...

I've shaved 36 beats per minute...giving my ticker a new lease on life...

No high blood pressure and normal cholesterol (never had diabetes)...

Good Job Hector. How in hell do you keep your calories at 1500? I was keeping mine to 1800-1900 last summer and it just about killed me. I was miserable. I'll probably drink 1500 in beer tonight.

In the beginning was tough...but slowly...I started getting used to it.

Actually...the walking was more hell for me...since I have neuropathy/nerve damage on both my legs.

Well, I still have a long way too go.

I got way too heavy...it was time for a change.

          Thanks, buddy...

Congrats. Glad to hear you are doing better.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

Wow! Why it went so high?

165/80, while much improved...is still in the hypertension area.

Nevertheless, I'm glad your blood pressure went way down.

Good to hear all that hard work is paying off!

You're going to have to slim down your museum avatar...
