Okay, I googled it. So, I guess it's kinda like the Cub Scouts version of Free Masons? It's open to young men between the ages of 12 to 21. As Werewolf mentioned, it's a masonic youth group for young men from 12 - 21. There's meetings with rituals, passwords and secret handshakes, but there's also sports, dances and events like Installations. You can move up in rank within your chapter, your League and your Jurisdiction. My last year before I aged out, my chapter won the Softball Championship for Southern California Jurisdiction (I pitched a no-hitter against Blackmer Chapter.
). I met my wife at a Sweetheart's Ball; she was a Job's Daughter, which along with Rainbow Girls, is like the female version of DeMolay. Twenty-something years later, when I see one of my "brothers" at an event, I slip him the secret handshake. Ha. 
Anyway, if you have kids in that age category, you may want to look into it; it was a great experience for me and my friends.
