Favorite artwork is "The Invitation" by Tom du Bois, its Noah calling for all the animals to enter into the ARK before the flood comes. The coolest part of it if you look real close in the clouds there is an angel watching over the events.

Most things by George Tooker, especially "The Subway". I'm also a fan of Hopper (Edward?). I like Nighthawks, of course, but he did one of a gas station that is also really good.

I love the work of Christian Reese Lassen. His work is so striking w/ its bright colors, and use of wildlife.

Without a doubt (and it's not even close for me) it's Pablo Picasso's Guernica.

It was my father's favorite painting, and it's mine as well.

Here's a 5-foot small-scale replica on canvass of Guernica in my bedroom:

I love this painting to death.

I also like these two original paintings that I bought from fantasy artist Chris Dien, they are of Vamiprella and a Halle Berry Storm rendition, they are really cool.

Sorry about my Knights blocking some of the view, but I was too lazy to remove them for the picture, lol...

                  This is Chris Dien's site:

I went to The Picasso Museum in Barcelona, and by the enterance to the Museum
there was a 'Lady' taking a poo outside in the street.
But, I thought his work was great anyway, I didn't like her work to much.

My favorite artwork is The Vitruvian Man by Leonardo da Vinci.
Not sure if I can post it as he has his Todger is out.
I always liked the back to front writing...oh what the hell.
It's easier to show than to say

I am into artists who work with ink, mostly comic guys, bernie wrightson, alex raymond, mike allred, joe kubert, jack davis, jack kirby...there's more but you get the idea. I like people with a crisp bold style and beautiful lines (and lots of black). Most of these guys are older artists or have older looking styles. It's just what I prefer.
Also I LOVE graffiti art. I could name people for hours, but really I have just as much respect for writers and crews I have painted with than a lot of strangers in books. However I do lean more towards european graff styles and artists... those guys are really pushing the boundaries of aerosol art.
