    Another AC/DC that I misheard

You Shook Me All Night Long

    She was a fast machine
    She kept her motor clean
She was the best damn woman I had ever seen
    She had me circumcised
    Telling me no lies

Don't feel too bad. I used to think the same thing. You have to admit though it did sound more heart felt that way. "400 children" That sure would be alot of mouths to feed.

Yeah especially since Angus isn't even the singer

(You are perhaps referring to Bon Scott or Brian Johnson who replaced B.Scott after his death).

I also remember a friend of mine and I getting into an argument about the title of Stevie Windwood's song in the 80's "Higher Love" - the misquote was Hired love. - Makes the song a little less altruistic.

That one is toooo funny. I heard an radio interview with Jeff Lynn who said they eventually began singing the wrong lyrics on purpose because everybody thought that's what they were actually saying.

    It was actually - Grouse

Grouse - to complain regularly and continually, often in a way that is not constructive.

Steely Dan - Show Biz Kids

    Original Lyrics
"Go to Las Wages, Los Wages, go to Las Wages..."

    Lyrics I heard
"Bolan's not Swedish, not Swedish, Bolan's not Swedish.."

I thought they were singing about Marc Bolan from T-Rex not being
Swedish...and I thought "They are right, he's not..."

    Marc Bolan...Not Swedish.

Me too. That is another classic misheard lyrics for my list as well.
