Information about a childhood toy

Hi Everybody. I have a question for anyone who were like me, where kids in the 1970s. I want to know if anyone remembers a toy I had as a kid or if I was completely delusional.
It was a white plastic toy Pigeon with a blue cape. You would pull a string and it would walk up the wall by means of an internal wheel with suction cups attached.
I tell people about this toy and nobody believes it existed. I have not been able to find any information on this very Odd toy.
