    Greatest (movie) news ever!

Shia LeBeouf quits acting and "retires from public life".

I think this calls for champagne, don't you?

The world has just become a better place...

Does this mean we're spared from those terrible Transformers movies?

Nope. Blame Marky Mark. He stars in the next one.

hope that means he won't further tarnish Indian Jones. Guess he couldn't take the heat from his plagiarizing.

It has something to do with a movie or play he's directed.
Turns out he "borrowed" most of the material without acknowledging the original author at all.
So he gets accused of plagiarism.
He then apologizes, but it turns out that he has "borrowed" his apologies from other sources.
            At least he's consistent.

So now he has decided to quit.

It only gets worse. He's got some kind of art project where he sits in a room and allows anyone to say and do anything to him while he just sits there. Watch this video, it's reaaaal uncomfortable. The guy from screen junkies is kind of a jerk with him, but Shia brought this on himself. THis is bizarre stuff, folks. I think the dude has some serious mental issues that this will only make worse. He needs help.

I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.

Spoiled brat, could give two farts about his current sideshow.

Having said that, he's actually a decent actor when he wants to be.

And you know this how... I haven't seen anything to prove this statement.

Thats one of the strangest things I've ever seen an actor do. It's gutsy though. I think he spoils it by not answering questions. I have to admit theres a handful of entertainers I would wait 3 or 4 days to sit in a room with like that for just a few minutes. Would anyone eles?

He's trying to play off all the plagiarizing, and there was a bunch more than what was stated already, as performance art. So now he's going all out in that vein to make it look like this whole thing was planned all along.

Even his "performance art" is plagiarized. Look up Marina Abramović.

That is some bizarre stuff right there. I have to admit, I really enjoyed his roles in several movies like Constantine, Disturbia, and Lawless. Like everything else, this will all be forgotten soon.

Yep, those were solid performances from him, i especially liked him in Lawless, a great flick that went under the radar.
