A funny guy, I once sent him some PF cards asking for his autograph. He sent me back a nice signed photo & a two page letter he hand wrote, full of one liner jokes.

That's so sad. I know Danny Bonaduce is taking this hard, b/c during the PF years, when Danny's father Joe Bonaduce was abusing him, Dave Madden would take Danny home on the weekends sometimes. I always thought he was such a funny guy. RIP Mr. Kincaid.
