Doesn't feel like Spring time, since it's a bazillion degrees below zero out there, but a sure sign it's eventually coming.





what are your favourite candy treats? Anything you consider exotic from your particular corner of the planet?

I can't allow myself candy too often, but some of my favs are Reeces Peanut Butter Cups, Junior Mints, Peanut Butter M&Ms, Snickers, etc.

I really do enjoy the seasonal candy thoguh, but man I wish some of it was around all year. These are some goodies I picked up this year, and each one was SCRUMPTIOUS (except the Pop Rocks, which tasted almost like all Pop Rocks, but still... POP ROCKS!).

Ooo, I love anything combining chocolate and peanut butter, I'm grabbing some of those Kit Kats at Shoppers. And those buckeyes look wonderful!

Love the peanut butter/chocolate combination,so those buckeyes look fantastic. I usually just grab Kit Kat or peanut butter cups. I'm known for going thru a box of donuts to quickly more than anything...

I have yet to see a PB Kit Kat. Not sure if they're available in the US.

And I haven't done this in awhile, b/c I've cut back on my sugar (except my cereal), but I used to love to get candy from Michael's craft store, b/c in the front by the checkout, they would have retro candy! One day I picked up some Razzles, Pop Rocks, Candy Necklaces, Nik-L Nips, whistle lollipops (not Peter Paul), and Fun Dip (but only one flavor, not the dual pack). It was great!

I just picked up the Pringles Pecan Pie one from the discount Christmas shelves, and it is utterly incredible.
Although pecan pie isn't my favorite (too sickly sweet I think), in Pringle chip form it's an incredible cornucopia of sensations for the tongue.
At first taste, it's EXACTLY like pecan pie, totally weird! And then after delicate chewing the pringle chip comes into effect.
I am now a HUGE FAN. See, I'm shouting?!

I haven't gotten the cinnamon sugar, but now seeing how great the Pecan Pie one is, it's on my hit list now.

It's a small ball of peanut-butter fudge coated in chocolate--delicious.
