    Unusual foods you love

For me it's greens (mustard or collard). I'm from Connecticut and while a chef in a resteraunt had them for the first time at about 24. I was in love. Prepared right (with bacon grease) they rock! I also love raw clams. I grew up with them and eat them all the time.

Just the other night, I had sauteed spinach. I thought it sounded funny, but when it came, it was fresh spinach sauteed in fresh garlic and oil. It was AWESOME!!!

The strange thing I love is cottage cheese with Tony Chachere's in it (a cajun season) in it, instead of fruit.

Plus, i cannot leave out HOG HEAD CHEESE!!!!!

Greens are pretty common here in the south but you're right about it being good! I also love fresh spinach just barely fried with fresh ginger.
As far as unusual I like to eat dried squid.

People would probably think most of the soy food stuff I eat was really weird.

I am a fan of all the "weird" foods you guys all mentioned...but because I stopped
eating all meat and fish----I have to admire many of your cool eating preferences "from afar" :(

95% of my family consider pigs feet as delicacy (not pickled)

                        I could never stomach them.
