No, Majel Barrett only voiced the computer in two series. She did not "appear" in them. (Splitting hairs, I know.)
I've always has a fascination with the character actors who seemed to pop up through out so many of the TV shows we grew up with. I think if you watched ANY shows from the 60's, 70's or 80's, you came across Joseph Ruskin.
Joseph Ruskin not only appeared in every Star Trek TV series except TNG (and one of the movies), he popped up in the Twilight Zone, Outer Limits, both the SMDM and the Bionic Woman, Wonder Woman, Mission Impossible, Planet of the Apes, Charlie's Angels, Starsky and Hutch, Get Smart, Hogan's Heroes, Time Tunnel, Knight Rider and even the Captain America TV movie! Ruskin seemed to never get a role as a regular, but made a career out of doing one episode of every show ever.

Ruskin died Saturday of natural causes at age 89.
