OK, due to the great sales EE has been having the last month or so, I finally placed my first order with them last night. After I placed my order, I realized that there were a few more items I wanted to add to it. I looked all over their site and saw no way to do this. Ok then, maybe I can just cancel the order and redo it with the extra items. It looked like the only way I could do this was to email them (really? Amazon has a convenient button for an order cancellation). Sooo, I emailed them, explaining the issue and thought I might get a response this morning. Instead they sent me a form to fill out to prevent "credit card fraud". I filled it out, scanned it, emailed it to them and asked my question again. Several hours go by, and now they've just resent me the same form that I've already filled out and sent to them. Really? All this for a $76 order and they haven't even answered my question yet? Man, I've ordered from many sites during the years and it has never been a pain in the arse like this has been. Am I doing something wrong? It's not me who sucking at the interwebs today is it?
