    Entertainment Earth..what the heck??

    OK, due to the great sales EE has been having the last month or so, I finally placed my first order with them last night. After I placed my order, I realized that there were a few more items I wanted to add to it. I looked all over their site and saw no way to do this. Ok then, maybe I can just cancel the order and redo it with the extra items. It looked like the only way I could do this was to email them (really? Amazon has a convenient button for an order cancellation). Sooo, I emailed them, explaining the issue and thought I might get a response this morning. Instead they sent me a form to fill out to prevent "credit card fraud". I filled it out, scanned it, emailed it to them and asked my question again. Several hours go by, and now they've just resent me the same form that I've already filled out and sent to them. Really? All this for a $76 order and they haven't even answered my question yet? Man, I've ordered from many sites during the years and it has never been a pain in the arse like this has been. Am I doing something wrong? It's not me who sucking at the interwebs today is it? Sorry, just venting...

    I cancelled a preorder once and had to tell them why. Really?

      Really? That's crazy.

      Well, the CSR finally got back to me and explained the problem was that my credit card billing address info wasn't matching (hmm, Amazon, ebay and a bunch of others have never had a problem). So I think things are getting worked out, except that I am getting duplicate emails from the same CSR ("Edward") and some emails have one order number in the subject heading, and some have another number. Now I'm confused, I'll be pleasantly surprised if I actually get everything I ordered.

          I cancelled 2 pre-orders and they called me to ask why as well. I just told them I don't want them anymore because with all the delays I shifted my collecting habits

            Oh, man.. that's too bad, hope they'll refund....

            BTW, while I clicked this MM just one tap then in few secs the Entertainment Earth popped up in the hidden tab, noticed it and I removed it. Dunno what the hell going on Entertainment Earth...

              Welp, they got back to me, said they added the extra items I wanted to my order and my credit card info turned out ok. I'll cut them some slack because I'm sure they've been slammed with all the sales they've been having. I just got caught off guard due to receiving a bunch of redundant emails from them today. They seemed to resolve things fairly quickly though, looking forward to receiving my order.
