So what did you and/or kids/grandkids get for Christmas?

We always open our presents to and from each other on Christmas Eve morning, so my wife and kids got me;
-Crisis on Multiple Earths vol. 6 TPB
-Hammer movie triple feature DVD (Dracula: Prince of Darkness; 7 Golden Vampires; Frank Created Woman)
-Firelfy: The Complete Series (never watched it!)
-Boris Karloff's Thriller best of compliation DVD
-EMCE Phantom of the Opera (DANG! Beautiful figure!)
-EMCE Bride of Frank (much better in person, out of the package)
-Remco Mini-Monster Creature from the Black Lagoon (I love this lil' guy!)
-A set of Nabisco Super Heroes cookie boxes from the 1980s: Batman, Batgirl, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Joker and Penguin! I loved these cookies, and mostly the boxes, as a kid. Only my wonderful wife would dare gift me a set of empty boxes...but I LOVE them!

I got some other nice geeky gifts from my Dad, sister's family, and my mother-in-law:
-Star Trek: Into Darkness Blu-Ray
-Star Trek: Generations/First Contact double feature DVD
-Star Trek socks 3-pack (Yellow, Blue and Red. My brother-in-law warned me never to wear the red out of the house!)
-Star Wars Empire mug/cocoa set (Han Solo and Bobba Fett mugs)
-Star Trek caricature T-shirt with Kirk, Spock, Bones

On the geek level Cindy got a 1980s Wonder Woman pop-up book. Andrew and Dani got a ton of DCUC and Batman Classics figures thanks to the huge Amazon sale (through the Museum link, of course). Their big gifts from Santa were iPad mini for Andrew and Nintendo 2DS for Dani. They both got the Disney Infinity game for PS3, and figures of Jack Skellington (Andrew) and Woody (Dani), and are playing it right now.

We've had a great Christmas, and hope you and yours have too!

Even though I'm flying solo, I'm still having a nice Christmas!

From my brother and sister-in-law I got a matted and framed photo montage of Michael Jackson, a $50 gift certificate to Arizmendi (Pizza and bakery), and gag gifts of 3 boxes of Chocolate Chex and Sparkling cider. From my friend V (in Maine) I got a beautiful wooden bracelet w/ 3 jukebox tags lacquered on (Michael Jackson, Shaun Cassidy and Rick Springfield), and a Rick Springfield CD. She says she's still working on one more present for me, and will send it soon. My niece is waiting until I go to Seattle next month (so she can see my face when I open my present). I got myself 2 FTC figures, Joker and Riddler. Riddler's OK, but Joker has a broken left arm. I'll be calling them tomorrow for a replacement.

A New HD 50 inch TV for the family and was that a Royal pain, waited till everyone was asleep to set up, I pulled a Santa stealth mode...and got it all set up for them in the morning...the reaction was priceless. Other than that, I mostly got clothes and art supplies. I passed on toys for myself this year.
