The home audience is not informed this is a man.

He then takes his top off exposing his man-boobs ....

Would/should this be censored ?

How about the same scenario above without the man-boobs ?

Id say yes depending on the time it was shown. It wouldn't happen during prime time simply due to the fact that young humans would be watching and wouldnt understand what they were seeing. But later I could easily see it happening, it is almost there with shows like Sons of Anarchy and others now!

I think you should draft up a professional looking business letter and re-write the question out in lengthy detail and then send it to the FCC. Then if you get a response you could post it online.

Actually - that would make an incredible blog. Once a month you should come up with a totally bizarre question and send it out to some kind of authority, then post the question and answer. I think you've got a major viral hit on your hands!
