    All the talk about Holiday Sales reminds me of...

    This craze that we all remember. To this day I never understood what the big deal was with them.

    Sadly, the Cabbage Path Kids couldnt save Coleco. Remember the Colecovision? Well, It was doing great until the big game "crash" of 83. Someone at the company thought it would be a good idea to release a computer to compete against the Commodore 64, so they release the ADAM.
    Needless to say, the computer bombed.....sorta. From the very beginning it had problems. Eventually, they were sold at bargain prices just to get rid of inventory. It was a good computer for the price though.
    Coleco went bankrupted in '88 after sales of the Cabbage Patch Kids started to dwindle down. Lot of '80s nostalgia there. I knew alot of people who loved them.

            I think the hand stitched ones from the seventies are. The ones from the eighties still in package from Coleco are pretty desireable to.

            Heres an example of a '85 version. It may depend on how bad someone wants a certain one:
