So I'm watching the Bengals/Browns game this afternoon and just wondering when the professional football game was going to come on. That first quarter looked like a South Park cripple fight. The Browns have two first round picks in the draft. The way they're going now they should peobably select two QB's. I read this week someone found the 1947 Browns championship trophy in a garage. It was buried under 70 years of bad decisions.
You know aside from that quarter the Steelers gave up 27 points, they freakin killed the Lions 30-0. It was the battle of the fat-headed QB's. Detroit got it's Schwartz twisted. Big Ben called plays out of the no-huddle all day long and won the game. I think Todd Haley can probably go clean out his office now.
Former Redskin Darrell Green said this week he questions RG3's leadership. Questionable leadership in Washington? Really?
The Buffalo Bills owner bought up the remaining tickets to avoid a blackout. Riley Cooper offered to help saying he'd fight any black out there.
How bad can you be if your team decides to start the QB with the dislocated shoulder over you? Cassell and Freeman are done.
You know the old sports cliche that sometimes you gotta just play for pride? I'm giving mass props to the Falcons today for not doing that at all. Good job!
All the pre-game hype about the big game this week was worth it. That awesome McGloin-Keenum shootout was worthy of the buildup.
