Favorite cereal rivalry

Yeah, I know...I'm just coming off my weekly Saturday morning line-up again. Sometimes I like to watch old school commercials on YouTube in between the shows. So today I ask, what was your favorite Saturday morning breakfast cereal rivalry? (and which one did you prefer?)

1) Quisp and Quake
2) Count Chocula and Franken Berry (you may add the others if you wish)
3) Sir Grapefellow and Baron Von Red Berry

Out of the 3 choices I posed I prefer Quisp, Count Chocula and Sir Grapefellow. How about you?

As you may or may not know, I only eat plain corn flakes, wheaties, and cheerios.

But as a kid, the cereal of my choice was honeycombs.

You know, it's been 20+ years since I had honeycombs, might give it another go once again, thanks to you, Sharry.

Hmmm...I don't think I'm getting through. Besides the cereal itself, (and not discounting them), were those great commercials that had rivalry between 2 characters, who were always trying to outdo each other. So this question is not only for which cereal, but who would you root for and made you wanna beg Mom for the cereal?

Does that make it more clear?

(BTW...Freakies and Cookie Crisp did not have rival cereals).

As an aside to Hector: Don't bother...they changed the formula and now it tastes like sweetened styrofoam.

Don't care about the others but i loved both Quisp and Quake cereals and while Quisp was a fun alien he was a trouble make and i thought Quake deserved more respect.
