    computer Registry cleaner - anyone?

Can you guys please recommend a good quality FREE registry cleaner? I just used Spybot and Registry mechanic but those two only allowed 35 problems out of like 200 i have to be repaired, i heard many more good ones are out there that are free, i cant seem to locate an easy to use good quality one.

    Please help.

I'm sure Major Geeks or Tucows has something listed. Try them.

        Hmmmm....

My preferred all purpose one is "the semi-annual complete drive reformat." Works really well.

I liked Registry Mechanic once I tried the demo so well that I purchased it. It seems to work really well for me. I have no complaints thus far. I am running Windows Vista. As far as FREE programs I had searched tucows.com and a couple of other FREE public domain sites without finding anything worthy at that time. Keep searching as you may have better luck than I did. If all else fails you may want to consider Registry Mechanic as I find it to be reliable and it really was not all that expensive. Good luck!

Of course you can upgrade to Linux and bypass the registry all together
