Here's a winner from 1979. I'm on the left, along with two of my brothers. I believe we were all dressed up for a wedding. So disco.

Me and and Rhonda sporting cowboy hats for some reason. The fashions aren't as out there, but that sweater with the skiers is pretty hideous, and what color are my pants? Check out the kitchen wallpaper and avocado green cabinet.

Yes, I was John Travolta's stunt double, I just preferred blue over white.

That couch rocks, and my grandparents had that same painting in their living room until they died.

My love for robots outweighed my love for fashion.

This lovely ensemble came with a stick to fight off the ladies.

Ok, then here's my mom, New Years' 1972 in her mumu, being the entertaining party host. Off to the right is my Uncle Reggie.

And here's one more of me, age 11 w/ my older brother, Darryl. The blouse/scarf combo I was wearing was an outfit that all the girls at school had.

I thought since I've opened the door with my dad's fashion sense, you'd all enjoy seeing my parents' choice of wardrobe.

Here's my dad, me and my grandpa in WDW's parking lot. Check out that shirt. AT DISNEY WORLD. How my dad didn't get hired as Goofy...

The 1970''s was a serious time, that require serious people... like my mom and dad... seriously lacking in fashion sense.

But regardless what he wore, I still love my daddy.

Except when he wore those pants.

Is it me or do my folks look like Mod Ken and Barbie there?

Funny you should mention that. A few minutes ago I was in touch w/ an Etsy seller who makes clothes for 18 inch dolls, wanting to get a custom made pair of plaid pants for my 18 inch 70s boy doll, Danny. He kinda has that Bobby Brady look, and he really needs some plaid pants.

    Respect the pants.

You'll notice i have the one haircut allowed by law to children in the 1970s.

    LadyZod,

Not too long ago, my boss who is 72 had an important business meeting downtown and showed up at the office wearing a bright red corduroy suit with white seagulls all over it. I'm assuming it was from the 70's. It took every ounce of restraint I had not to bust out laughing until he was gone.

OMG you ARE!! Except my shirt was powder blue but the tie was the color of your shirt.

Now, just imagine a hulking 18 year old stuffed into that. LOL

Everyone's pics are great though...talk about a timewarp!
