    The Lego Movie

Apparently, there is a Lego movie coming out.

You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

I wonder who came up w/ this concept? If I had a kid, I might go see it in the theatre, but I would probably wait for it to come out on cable.

I don't have the new one, yet, but I do have the first two that came with the Lego figures.

            Hmmmm....

It looks oddly entertaining. That's what it looked like in my head when I played with Legos as a kid.

Will Arnett as Batman is strangely perfect.

Most of the Lego movies are far more tolerable to watch than most traditional kids animation. They don't take themselves too seriously or try to ram some message down your throat.
