I ordered that last monster set from them. Well FedEx/Smart Post(US Mail) got all the delivery messed up. I email EE and talked with Kyle. He was super fast getting back to me and tracking the package, over several emails. Finally FedEx said it was being returned to sender. Kyle emailed me right away and said they would ship it back fast. Well two days later it show up at my door. Great customer service.

Yes. They don't mess aorund with that. I don't buy a lot of stuff online and hate paying shipping, but if I'm in the market for anything in the future, EE is my first stop. I'm still patiently waiting for Venture Bros, so that's money they already have from me. The Jasons run a classy retail site for sure.
