^^^ Nice traditional looking pumpkin Brown Bear. I haven't carved any pumpkins in years. My son's older and not really into the pumpkin carving thing anymore. The last time i did He was the one who ended up smashing it out in the road.
He does like hitting me up for money to go to the Haunted Houses though.
I worked with the kids on three pumpkins, one for school, two for home.
This one is for my daughter's pumpkin contest. No carving allowed, so we went with paint, foam, and other various parts. She's WAY into Minions this year!
Then I carved this Minion for Dani, and drew the Batman for Andrew, but he did the carving. Hallmark had a similar Batman pattern for sale, with a sound mechanism, but I went the cheap route.
That's one serious Minion pumpkin! You have cute kids, Chris.

That is AWESOME Scott!!! You should be on Halloween Wars!
I've always wanted to try that scraping method to get the thinner pumpkin wall for the light to shine through, but I've always chickened out at the last minute. Seeing how great it looks here, I may have to try it next year!
Wow, that's pretty cool, Scott. I'm lucky if I can carve the standard jack o'lantern face.
