Favorite "Wacky" Sitcom Characters

Most sitcoms have those certain characters that always make an impact when they appear on the show. Who are you favorites?

The first season of "Newhart" came out this past week and I have to say without a doubt from their very first appearance on the 2nd episode of the show, Larry Darryll and Daryll are perhaps my favorite all time wackies. Some of the best comedy on that particular show came from their many appearances. From their first appearance as the guys who advertise "We'll Do Anything For A Buck" when Dick and Joanna need to have a body removed from their basement to the last episode of the series when the two Darrylls finally say something for the first time on the show. They are always brilliant throughout the series.

Pretty much anyone from GREEN ACRES falls into the wacky catagory (except Mr. Douglas of course, and even he had a couple of moments.)

And, there's also Howard Borden from THE BOB NEWHART SHOW.

For second banana characters, I'm partial to Alice on Vicar of Dibley (BBC)

I always liked Larry from Three's Company, but Kramer is probably my favorite. I sort of dislike most wacky neighbor characters.
