I'm not so sure, because if people start to believe that to be a singer all you have to do is show-off your vocal range in every line of the song then where will the next Lennon, Dylan, Simon, Marley etc come from ?

You guys gotta keep in mind that these are just kids trying to make it,of course they aren't Lennon,Mercury or anything like that.But in time some will have the chance to be big.Look at Kelly Clarkson man,she has an amazing voice and has made it huge.Plus you also have huge stars who agree that these kids have what it takes to make it big time,This year Mariah will be there and it doesn't get any bigger then Mariah,she's known for having the best vocals ever.So it'll be good to see what she has to say.

Now if you're just not a fan of pop music then that's a different story,and still even then.Check out what the rock band Daughtry has done,and he's from AI
