Blackknight, if I recall correctly, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania were all former satellite countries and they all border the Baltic Sea. Now, without googling, I don't know if there are other countries that fit into John hints. I figure I'll focus on those three countries and figure the island country from there. I can't be online much longer...need to cook for the family so hopefully, you'll figure it out.
