Just a little trivia for you. The original Land Of The Lost show aired on Saturday September 7, 1974. We have a Saturday September 7, 2013 coming up. That would be the 39th anniversary of the show, on the same day, on a Saturday. Thought it was interesting.

it is and will pop in a disc and watch some episodes because of that. I would have posted your comment over at landofthelost.com but the site itself seems half dead (the message board just loops back to the main menu now and nothing looks like it was updated for a very long time)

I will make a note of that too and pop a DVD in that day as well. I got my kids hooked on the show too, they are fans!

Yeah, Im for sure going to stick the dvd in, and play at least the first episode, just to pay tribute. It would be more cool, if it was September 7 2014 on a Saturday, that would be the 40th anniversary....

Not only did Land Of The Lost debuted, but Hong Kong Phooey, Wheelie And The Chopper Bunch, and Shazam debuted on Saturday September 7, 1974.

Research found out: There are 7 Saturdays that occured(2013 about to occur) from the time I was born(1967) through the coming 2013 Saturday 7th.

I also have and will play the copy of the Friday night Saturday morning review show of the Land Of The Lost debut. Then play the first episonde of Land Of The Lost that Saturday morning. Geeky I know, but I dont care.
