    WACKY RACES thread

Was just watching the Wacky Races on Boomerang today........

    Ever notice EVERYONE cheats ?

    It's not just Dick Dasterdly

    To refresh your mammary
    It's the Wacky Races!

I think the biggest cheater is Pro. Pat Pending......
Why would they even let him in the race ?

    Arkansas Chugabug
That bear is so scared ......
    That's ANIMAL abuse !!!!!!

    Buzzwagon........
Could a car with metal sawblade wheels really keep up ?

^ Same here! I prefer it to Dick Dastardly solo series from a year or so later. I do like Penelope Pitstop's solo series though...love that Hooded Claw (Paul Lynde)!

Actually I prefer Dastardly & Muttley's and The Perils Of Penelope Pitstop to Wacky Races. AND I DON'T GET BOOMERANG!

People on YouTube have commented on the "sexy" undercurrent
of Penelope Pitstops' character---and I, myself, admit Penelope must've been
my very first TV (or otherwise) crush

I never saw WACKY RACES as a kid I don't think ---or maybe I just thought
they were all the same show?

I was REALLY young back then

What I never understood was why didn't the ones in the Army vehicle just blow the others away?

That was Dick Dastardly and Muttley. Klunk was the fat inventor and Zilly was the coward, together they were the Vulture Squadron, chasing Yankee Doodle Pigeon.
