Not a big fan of comedies in general but I love National Lampoons Christmas Vacation.

I also couldn't stop laughing at the no porn version of the Star Wars Porn Parody.

2 of the funniest scenes in any movie to me - I laugh at them every time I see them:

Evan Baxter (Steve Carrell) breaking down on the air in the middle of a news broadcast in "Bruce Almighty"

Marty McFly dressed in the "alien suit" and calling himself Darth Vader from the Planet Vulcan and scaring the crap out of George in "Back to the Future" If you haven't seen the extended version of this scene, it is hilarious.
