Wow, it's fantastic. My only critique would be the red light source seems a bit out of place with the blue background. But the likeness and skin texture you accomplished is outstanding.

Thanks...do you mind me asking why you feel the red is out of place with the blue? I thought it captured that colored spotlight look used on Batman and Star Trek perfectly.

I think it looks great on West himself, I just feel it could have been subtly carried over into the background, that's all. Just my opinion.

Ah, I see...I thought you were referring to the clash of colors. The light itself wouldn't spill onto the background because it's specifically directional.

That is fantastic work. I know you've probably got a lot of artistic influences, but I see, at least in your colors and lighting, quite a bit of the Hildebrandt brothers. You really should look into making and selling prints of your work. Framed and mated prints of your stuff would go over very well around here and elsewhere in the world. Total awesomeness.
