Dwight Howard going to the Rockets...Warriors get Andre Iguodala

Warriors aquire Andre Iguodala from the Nuggets, and unloads Richard Jefferson, Brandon Rush, journeyman center Andris Biedrins, and a 2014 first round pick...to the Utah Jazz.

Friggin' awesome move, the Warriors get a tenacious defender and solid facilitator, all star quality player for three mediocre players (Biedrins plain sucks).

Dwight Howard is going to the Rockets, good, I prefer Iguadola, he fits the Warriors better, and they still get to keep Bogut, Thompson, and Barnes. Had the Lakers gone for a sign and trade, Warriors would've given them two outta those three players, fudge that...especially for a crybaby like Howard.

Having said that, Howard is still the best center in the league, the Rockets will be scary, but the Warriors with Iguodala will be contenders too, he's EXACTLY the missing piece the Warriors were looking for.

Uh, Biedrins has been with GS since 2004, his only NBA team. Not exactly a journeyman. Now Jimmy Jackson - 12 teams in 14 years - he was a journeyman. :-)

As a Warrior fan who almost never misses a game, trust me, Biedrins is a journeyman, nice guy and all, but a journeyman nevertheless. Heck, the entire Warriors's roster were one giant journeyman team for years, lol.

The Warriors also will renounce their rights to restricted free agent guard Jarrett Jack and forward Carl Landry to clear space for Iguodala.

I'm going to miss those two, especially Jarrett Jack...but Iguodala is more of an impact player.

        Can't have them all.

you prefer Iguodala over D12? lol come on now even you don't believe that..Iggy is good but overrated, he chokes come playoff time...Trust me I saw him play a lot while he was in Philly..He's good but don't expect a big change, I liked that they kept Bogut, when healthy he can make a huge difference

Houston just got a lot better, The Spurs got better, the Thunder are still the faves in the west when Healthy and then the Warriors

The Lakers are in trouble unless they could pull a sign and trade and get Asik and Lin

I never said he was better than Howard (didn't I just say Howard was the best center in the league?), I said he fits the Warriors lineup better, especially when they get to keep a solid center in Bogut...had Howard joined the Warriors, Bogut and either Thompson or Barnes would've gone to the Lakers.

In that respect, I'd take Iguodala/Bogut/Thompson/Barnes over Howard any day of the week.

                And that's my point.

Please pay closer attention to my posts, Damien, lol.

The Lakers already missed their chance, they could've swapped Howard for Bogut and either Thompson or Barnes.

Lakers are done for the year, Dwight is going to the Rockets.

Iguodala will make the Warriors better, aside from a very young and still green Barnes, the Warriors have no threatening frontcourt who can create their own shots to compliment the shooters...and no...David Lee is not that type of player.

There's still time for a sign and trade...He can't officially sign until July 10th and the Rockets would need to shed some money to sign him to a max contract

I don't think he makes them that much better..he's use to playing on a high speed offense that takes it to the hole a lot..with shooters like Curry and Post up players like Lee he's going to have to adjust to a slower game..

But darn i totally forgot you guys had David lee

Of course I "prefer", isn't that obvious in ALL my posts here? lol

Plus, Iguodala doesn't have to worry about choking, he is there to compliment the Warriors' lineup, starting with Curry...

Curry is the Warriors's clutch player, not Iguodala.
