I agree, At first I thought it may have been one of his thug friends that did it and he was covering for them. i.e drunken fight type of thing. But The way it looks, flush him.

what a way to throw away your life man...one minute you're on top of the world and the next your life is over for being a dumbass...Dude was probably the most talented TE in the league, a TE with WR speed, doesn't get better then that.

His face in court was the scariest thing, the dude was like nothing...Looked like a stone cold killer to me

Reality is already setting in for him.

Hernandez asked for bottled water, and the correctional officer told him to get it from his own cell room's sink fawcet, that will have him thinking really hard what a dumbass thing he did, serves him well.

I can't imagine living in a 7200 sq ft mansion in suburban Boston, having just recently signed a $ 40 mil contract, and the next day being in a 7x10 box for the rest of your life. He's an idiot of epic proportions.

              He'll walk.

Look at the mountain of evidence they had on OJ, and he walked.

Not a chance on this one. He's either the murder or and accessory to 1st degree murder. I believe ones life without parole and the other is life in Mass.

and because of the OJ trial you won't see the same thing happen again (guilty person walk free) for a long while.

You aren't comparing apples to apples with either Casey Anthony or OJ.

The mountain of evidence they have against Hernandez is astounding. Text messages. CCTV footage. Rental cars. Shell casings. Magazine clips. He's not going to "walk" because he has money to defend himself. That's not why OJ "walked". OJ got off because the prosecution were idiots, not because he threw money at the system. You can buy all the high priced lawyers you want but if the evidence is there they can't overcome it with money.

Tim Tebow was saying today about the time Hernandez was trying to get into a fight with a bouncer when they both were at Florida.
