Monsters University is a lot of fun!

I really liked the first film, so I expected to like this one, but that was about it. Pixar always delivers, with the rare exception of Cars 2, which was just watchable, and that's it.

This movie really surprised me. It took some twists and turns that surprised me. Just when I thought they were going in a very predictable direction with the story, they threw everyone for a loop. I should have known those Pixar guys wouldn't phone it in like some of the animation studios often do in these sequels (cough, MADAGASCAR 3 cough).

If you have kids, this is one you'll all enjoy. Just a good fun breath of fresh air. We all loved it.

I took my 4 year old and 11 year old and they both liked it. I enjoyed it too! Not quite as good as the first one, it was missing some of the heart of the first movie but it was fun to watch and the animation is very impressive.

I love practically all Pixar movies, their studios are in Emeryville, only about a ten minute drive from my house.

Having said that, I never catch them at the theater, I don't have kids, and going by myself, makes me feel almost like some kinda creepo weirdo, plus kids are just too noisy and restless for my taste, lol.

I always wait for the DVD/Blue-ray releases.

I'll definitely watch it then.

It's a fun movie. Kind of a Revenge of the Nerds vibe. And of course the animation is beautiful as you'd expect from a Pixar production.
