I preordered some Andorian's from the Starlog store quite some time back and have received mine a little while back now. I did have to contact customer service and I must say the customer service and Doc was top notch in my case. I am sure that your issues will be resolved. I am overall pleased and confident enough to order again.

Well. I sent an email to the Doc, and low and behold I got him yesterday. He immediately drank all the Andorian rum with Scotty, telling innappropriate jokes about his antennae, and harrassing Uhura.
