I'm coming to this seasons Comic Book Men so get ready Mego fans!!!

Well, my "world famous" Mego Elastic Hulk figure and I are both going to be on an upcoming episode of Comic Book Men. The casting director said that I've got the "look" and "enthusiasm" the show needs, plus they love the story behind this crazy toy. I aim to bring down the entire house...because let's be honest, AMC has no idea what they are in for!!!!

Read it for again for the first time!

If you're a fan of old-school toys, toons and comics then my blog is the place for you!!!

You'll have to keep us informed of the entire process. I find it interesting that you were chosen by a casting director ahead of time. Does that mean no one really ever just comes in off the street while they're filming an episode? Are all of their "buys" pre-arranged?
Maybe the store is even closed while they film episodes? There seem to be other customers in the store a lot of times. Could they be actors? Maybe the regular customers are told to stay out of the way and not approach the "stars"?

      So many questions...

Contractually, he will not be allowed to talk about "the process".

With all of these type shows, everything you see is pre-arranged.

That's great!!!... I was thinking about contacting them myself... not to sell, but have them take a look at and see what they would value the Diamond and Broken Circle Suit Spidy's at.

Actually they contacted me...I can't say anything but they wanted me on the show and possibly use me in future plans down the line.

A buddy of mine was in Miami back in the day when Miami Ink was popular. He swung by the store to check it out and The store was closed. The only time it was open was for filming "customers" getting tattoos. Once Ami James became a star the shop closed due to too many regular people coming by, although I think it's reopened now. It's all pre-arranged. Pawn Stars uses the same actor over and over to bring in "his sports memorabilia".
