    I did find this.

There is some history of animals meeting up with the visitors in wooded areas. I think this is in Tennessee though.

I'm a very picky collector because I notice every little flaw in stuff. I used to be a quality control inspector also, and my supervisor told me he had never seen a better one. It was right in my employee review! My sister has even commented on how I can remember things from our childhood much more clearly than she does. I can remember house numbers and telephone numbers from every address I've ever lived in going back to grade school. I trust my memories of that incident as 100% accurate.

I'll give you an example...can you tell me what's wrong in this photo? I noticed it immediately when I hung them up...
I'm not trying to challenge you in a competitive way, I'm just trying to provide you with facts about human limitations in general. These facts are challenging to all of us, even me, but they are still facts about limitations of memory and the way memory works.

If you're interested check the links. I'll try to find better ones in a bit. There were interesting memory studies done based on people's recall of 9/11 over time certain subjects were asked to recall details about where they were and what they did that day, and people's responses did change. Some were more consistent than others, as you suggested, but often the people who said they were the most confident about their memories were the most inaccurate. I'll try to find that article.

As far as you observational skills test goes, I'm not sure if this is the right answer, but I've only seen Wonder Woman with gold bracelets before so the steel ones look a little strange, but I'm not a WW expert.

No white strips on WW boots.

By the way, what are those and where did you get them?

Hey man - I realized I might be getting annoying given my perspective on these issues. I sometimes get way too this stuff. I don't want to belabor these issues or cause a grudge. I really enjoy your posts and seeing your artwork, and I'd truly hate it if you second guessed posting something because of my views, or worried about stirring a debate.

Maybe one day we'll have a pint an hash it out in person - or better yet, we can talk about art!

            Cheers!

You're not annoying...don't worry about it! And the answer is Wonder Woman has two right upper arms instead of a right and left. I checked it myself after I noticed no black outline on her left shoulder.
I have friggin' HAWK EYES man...

Okay yeah, I see the outline is missing on her outer shoulder. Cool.

It's a relief to hear I'm not annoying you, but I know I tend to entrench myself into threads on these topics a little too much sometimes.

                  Cheers!

Love the drawing D! We've shared stories and encounters, wish I would have been able to get a better face view.

                      I hope nobody minds:

For years and years I had a strong interest in Bigfoot* and I followed new developments and articles closely, always hoping something would turn up more conclusive evidence. I always had an interest in science too, and over the years I learned more and more about scientific process. As I learned about science, how to scientifically weigh evidence, and how to use the tools of critical thinking, it dawned on me that Bigfoot's existence was not that likely. I wasn't happy about that fact, and I don't necessarily like telling people that I think the evidence shows they're probably wrong. As unlikely as I think Bigfoot is I hope new evidence surfaces - even if that makes me wrong.

To me, the truth should be determined by the strength of the evidence. I know that lots people think of that as being closed off to other possibilities - but I don't think it's that way. If anything, I think questioning myself more, and trusting the evidence more than some of my core beliefs has opened more doors than it has closed.

Yeah, great link! Also people interested should check out: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pareidolia

Our brains are highly developed to make recognizable forms out of abstract shapes - especially faces. I'm not saying this is what enyawd72 experienced - I can't possibly know what he experienced, but I've experienced pareidolia many times. I did a whole series of paintings that started as abstract shapes and then pulled forms out of the random shapes by layering paint on top. The wikipedia entry quotes from da Vinci's sketchbook talking about his experiences with pareidolia.

Les Stroud on his encounters, and a possible series of him searching for Bigfoot himself. Some strong language:
