Pondering the massive number of views on surprise egg video reviews

Okay, I just don't get it. Long story short these videos are just someone opening up "surprise eggs" ,,, this is entertaining enough to garner millions I mean MILLIONS of views? What am I missing here?

my goodness that voice is so annoying I didn't make it past the ice age egg,and millions of people are watching it? I bet its the same guy that just keep pushing play.

I watched it with the sound off and I really liked some of the surprise toys especially the little Woody and Goofy. I like watching videos like this because the surprise eggs are hard to find around here. I did think he was a little sloppy about taking the wrappers off the eggs though.
