Personally, the days when I let a professional sports result impact me in a negative way are looooong gone. I was a die hard Raiders fan in the 80's & 90's, living and (mostly) dying with their wins and losses. One day I realized that was stupid; why should I let the results of a game played by spoiled (albeit talented) over-paid athletes ruin my day. I still watch, and I still enjoy it when they win, I just don't get that wrapped up in it anymore.
