yea, the boy has let me drive it a couple times...being a Toyota guy-who's owned Fords that nickel and dime me to death causing the switch to Toyota....yea, I could very well have this car and enjoy it.
Will it last like Toyota quality I'm used to....time will tell.
I know he'll take care of it and if the day comes in 3-4 years and he tires of it, heck, I might buy it off him for a hobby car.
On the fence about bringing it to MegoMeet this year - it will get better mileage than my 4Runner, but space might be an issue.Comment

So I had made plans to go camping all weekend with the family for the Fourth but since my new dog hasn't been outside in the wilderness or around other dogs, my plans got the shaft quickly. Yesterday morning I left early because I didn't want to deal with the stress of everything going on and dog sitting. But just a few hours later, my day got turned around. I was cruising my neighborhood, and what did I run into? A Blue with White striped converted 07 mustang with the same kit as mine. I abruptly stopped and got to talk to the owner, and he graciously followed me to a park so we could have a photoshoot. He was one of the coolest guys I met and he even offered me a spare piece to my car, free of charge, to help make mine look more authentic aesthetically to a real Stage 1 Roush. Here are some pics.
I swear, and this is probably true for every car, every mustang owner I meet is always so nice, it feels like a brotherhood
Saying that reminds me of the episode of Family Guy where Peter got a mustache
Come Sunday, ill show some more pictures because I have parts ordered that'll make my car look even prettier then it is now
Thanks for looking and feel free to post pictures of your Mustang or Muscle car.

Like I told Ben, in the future, if I don't get my 2013 gt500 like I want, I'm gonna try my hardest to get a 67' hardtop stang, such beautyComment

new mustang.jpgI am fortunate to own a 68 Mustang and an 08. I know what you mean about mustang owners being awesome. Everyone has all been so helpful over the years. I picked my 68 Fastback up in 89, and paid 800.00. What a dream come true. These cars are so much fun to drive.Picture 037.jpgComment

^too cool man! I talked to the guy I did the photoshoot with, and he said I can stop by early this week and he'd give me a Roush Stage 1 trunk lock emblem cover so I can put it on mine.
The funny thing is, I couldn't find any videos on how to take them off. The one video I saw, he recommends you use a hair dryer, dental floss/fishing line, and wd-40. It's a weird combination but it workedComment

To whom it may concern or interest:
I have been doing slight exterior changes to my car.
Recently, I've add Roush fender badges to each side, and yesterday I had underglow installed. The pictures will speak for themselves.
I'm on the fence about putting the Roush sticker across the windshield, so thoughts? Yes? No? Maybe?
Also, hopefully later today but definitely by tomorrow, I'll be installing sequential taillights too. When those are working ill post a short video for you guys.
Thanks for looking
