I'm having massive Paypal problems!!!

Hi guys!

I just sold a Mego Wizard of Oz bundle with a BIN hit from the buyer.

According to ebay, he sent payment instantly through paypal.

I went to paypal...and nothing...no sign of payment anywhere.

So I checked the listing again, and found out the buyer sent payment to my OLD email address of [email protected]!!!

I no longer have that address..it has long been changed to my current one of [email protected]

I have updated everything, from ebay to paypal long ago.

What is happening here? Why are payments going to my old and inactive email address???

I just sent the buyer a message about the problem and told him to cancel the [email protected] payment

I'm at a loss here.

Where do I go to complain about this?

Sounds like there is a problem somewhere in one of your profiles...either Ebay or Paypal.

Either way, the payment should be showing as pending on the buyers side and he should be able to cancel it.

I checked both ebay and paypal, and it shows my current one.

So I'm still perplexed as to why the payment went to the old email address.

Yes, the payment still shows as pending...I also sent the buyer a message to cancel it.
