Thought I would give it a try. Went to CVS gave them my cash. Received my card. Try to load my paypal account.. did not work... tried again... did not work ... now I; getting a little ****ed... Try again..... nothing . keeps saying can not verify paypal address. Ok i'll call them... Useless... Try to log on again... LOCKED OUT FOR 24 HRS...... TODAY SAME THING ... WILL NOT TRANSFER MONEY. So i tried online help nothing .... There was one statement that said if your having problems loading PP they will refund your cash in the mail.. 14 days. Never Again...
