Dude that is spetacular. Keep it going as its easy from here. I haven't changed my diet at all and have not lost any more either. Its been 18 months since the big decision and a total of around 80 pounds. I'm still sitting at about 225 with most of it being excess skin. This is a sad reality with weight loss if you lose a lot.
I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.

If anyone here believes in psychokinesis, please raise my hand.

Wow, congrats! Way to stick to it!

I wasn't on a diet per se, but I've managed to stay off the soda, except for one every few weeks. It's cut down on the flab for sure.

        That's great AT!!
I can't remember if my New Years resolution was to drink dark beer, eat pizza and Dorito's, but if it was, then yes, I've stuck to it.

My resolution was not to have one, so yeah, I'm sticking to it.

Becoming diabetic in Janurary kinda forced the weight issue on me. I just recently hit the 250 mark so that means I've lost about 40lbs now. I've gone from a 44 to a 40. My biggest issue was quitting soda cold turkey. But I did it and can now have 1 a week, usually at Saturday dinner. I still have a ways to go as I'd like to lose another 25 or so and I need to pick up the exercise.

I started mine prior to last year. Still on the diet, but the exercise portion has fallen to the wayside as I got sidetracked and I am having a difficult time finding the will to start again. I started at 255, went down to 215, and have been hovering around 225 for a whole now.
