Best new way to cook pork chops.

Everythings better with bacon right? Well I fried some bacon to go over top the alfredo noodles we are having for supper, and the pork chops usually get baked in the oven on the stone. And I'll looking at the frying pan with all those little cooked ends and beautiful bacon grease and thought heck why not.
Is it wrong to cook pork in pork, I hope not because they came out amazing. Juicy, tender full of flavor with only a little kitchen spice blend of black pepper and garlic on them .
Yeah I know its far from the healthiest way to cook, but once in a while on that side is still okay isn't it?

Dipped in flour and fried straight up.

Served along with white rice and red beans in tomato sauce.

I miss grovery stores not selling pork chops with fat anymore.

If you want fat on your chops you have to go to the butcher nowadays, which is way too expensive

I don't know if there's a large beaner population by your neck of the woods, but were I live, there are gazillions of Mexican markets and butcher shops, and beaners love fat, they leave all that goodness intact, and I don't know if you ever had authentic carnitas, that stuff is fried in its own lard, the meat shreds like mashed potatoes, meat, skin, fat, oh my goodness, so bad for you, but dear gawd, so damn delicious, lol.

Just drink a lot of wine with all that fatty pork. It keeps the French alive.
