Big Show gets bloodied and has nose broken by boxer Mayweather
The Big Show has lost a lot of weight, I guess he is serious about a pro boxing career.
But let me tell you right now...if Vitaly Klitchko hits him like Mayweather did, the Big Show is going to end up in a coma.
That'll be kind of tough. Big Show won't be on his knees giving "free shots". As for tonight,I wonder what would've happened if Mayweather didn't have his "posse" in the ring with him?
Thats how I feel, I agree. But Mayweather seemed to be considering it. But like ya said the MMA world cant afford to pay him anywhere near what he can make in boxing. MMA is as close as a street fight as it can get legally. Mayweather is an awesome boxer he should and i think always will stay within his sport. A few boxers attempted the world of MMA but i'm not sure how many mma guys went to boxing. Some small names did but nobody big just yet.
I did see Tank get smashed. Kimbo is one tough guy. They are building him up the right way. And Tank needs to pack it in , he's years past his prime.

Well, that's not his sport, of course Mayweather will get schooled in there.
Just as well if you put any guy his weight inside a boxing ring with boxing rules, the MMA dude would get knocked out silly.
Besides, the MMA pays peanuts, they couldn't afford Mayweather anyway.
The only two big name boxers I can think of who had fought in MMA are Francois Botha and Ray Mercer...both were well into their 40s and obviously past their primes.
I'd loved to have seen a prime Mike Tyson in the UFC. I'm sure the top MMA dudes would've submitted him, but I'm sure Tyson would've bombed a few MMA dudes too. You always give a murderous puncher a puncher's chance.
Mayweather is not a puncher, he wins with speed, boxing technique, and accumulation of punches, he'd be NO good in MMA...he would get schooled for sure.
I know the Klitchko brothers have MMA backgrounds, but I heard big brother Vitaly said the reason he didn't pursue that profession was because of the low purses...that's why he opted for boxing instead.
Too bad Tank was too washed up...it would've been a barn burner had he fought Kimbo in his prime.
I hear there are serious talks between the Kimbo camp and Ken Shamrock...but again...Shamrock is kinda shot too, as seen on his fights against Tito Ortiz.
However I give Shamrock a better shot than Tank...he has great ground skills, the question is how much he has left in the tank (no pun intended Mr Tank, lol).

I'm not talking about little Mayweather hitting the Big Show, I'm talking about big and powerful Wladimir Klitschko, the heavyweight champion of the world, landing one bomb on the Big Show.
I think if once he learns more moves and gets more experience under his belt...Lesnar is going to be lethal in there.
I'm certain Brock would have won if the ref didn't pull them apart after Brock accidently hit Mir on the back of his head. With more experience, I agree he can be awesome.
Did Botha fight in a MMA or stand up K1 kickboxing? Mercer was beat easily by Kimbo, but yeah those guys were past their prime for sure. Also Vince Phillips fought in an MMA bout, not sure who he fought but i recall him losing via a leg kick. Shannon Briggs did ok, not sure who he fought but i think it was in K1 not a true MMA/UFC style fight.
Mike Tyson was offered a few times to fight in the MMA world. I know Mike pretty well, I speak to him when i see him. Last year he told me if the price is right he would accept an MMA fight for sure. And i know he's a big UFC fan. He always told me those MMA guys are deadly on the ground. If Mike comes in shape he can beat some guys, but at his age and the fast that he always hated to train works against him. I watched him train for Botha, Golota and Lennox Lewis and he barely trained at all for those fights. I actually worked at his gym for a few years. Used to assist with training young fighters. Mike Tyson just moved about 15 mins from me. He's cool and down to earth in person.
Yeah Mayweather does lack that power punch. He also lives out here, see him alot, I'll have to ask what he thinks of the world of MMA.
The Klitscho Bro's are big boys! Vitali's back is shot though, I doubt he will be back anytime soon. His younger bro ( the champ ) wladamir fights this Saturday on HBO.
I would have picked Tank by TKO in his prime against Kimbo. Isnt Tank from UFC 7 or 8? Thats so long ago.
Yeah Ken Shamrock may submit Kimbo with a leglock or something, but he has to avoid the bombs of Kimbo. Ken doesnt take the best punch. But like ya said, what does Ken have left at this point.
Are you a big UFC fan or something? Do you know much about the value of MMA items? I own the one and only original UFC ( Ultimate Fighter ) Spike TV season 1 coach Jerseys. The coaches for season 1 were Couture & Liddell. I dont know how to post pics here, but can e-mail pics to whoever. Anyway both Jerseys are in great shape and signed by the entire season 1 teams.
